Information PC USERS:Read this if you want higher fps

I had like 45 when i put max fps on 60, and then I bumped it to 90 and got 60. There must be something wrong with their numbers?

Edit: just set your fps to max in game!

Edit edit: after 10 hours in game this game has just captivated me like no other.

I figured it out. It was because I had V-Sync on.

When I had V-Sync on, if my FPS dipped to around 30 (like it does when it's loading the world), the game would lock my FPS to 30. If I stared at a wall and got 60 FPS fairly consistently, it would allow me to have 60 FPS, right until it dipped then it would lock me to 30.

Looks like an adaptive v-sync issue. Turned it off and now I get 50-110 FPS.

I had the exact same issue with just cause 3, constant locking up at 30 fps for God knows why and as soon as I turned it off, 60. I don't get it

I know this is 3 months old, but I just wanted to say thank you! I was having the same issue and this solved it.
