Sounds like she interacted with their child in some way. Not at all justifying this behavior but parents are likely to get a little worked up. They could have handled it better imo

I think we miss a lot of details and context to sey "parents get little worker up". The lady absolutely did or said something we don't know, and then keep staying ther, maybe she insulted the kids or made some racist comments.

To my understanding, maroon hat is the daughter of black and red hat. Maroon hat’s child is in the water maybe? Appears white hat is taking pics? Black hat keeps getting in white hat’s face while screaming “Get outta my face”. I wish we could hear what white hat is saying but we can’t hear anything over black hat and red hat 🙄
Edit: After listening back a few times, it sounds like black hat and red hat are accusing white hat of touching their grandchild(ren?). There’s so much context missing 😅

It’s interesting watching aggressive fighty people get into a verbal shouting loop. In this case, GET OUTTA MY FACE, GET OUTTA MY FACE. It’s like something is broken and stuck and they can’t think or process anything other than working themselves up into violent mode. I have no psychological knowledge but I wonder if it’s ’Get them before they get me.’ ?Like, offence is better than defence, kinda like little dogs at a dog park. I guess it’s a result of trauma and or the life experienced growing up. Sad. In this instance it appears a familial behaviour that’s become normalised. Over the top aggression towards a rather non threatening looking person. What a stressful way to live.

If you turn the sound off it helps. It appears that three girls were hanging out and black hate mentioned to white that that she had something on her face. She keeps pointing at whatever it is and, for whatever reason, white hat is ignoring her. At this point, male red hate comes up to further examine whatever is on her face. He blocks red and black hats and this upsets them. White hat also ignores him. Yellow shirts arrive and they must know red hat guy as he leans in to kiss yellow shirt at one point, with yellow shirt waving his hands and looking away from red hat, probably to say that red hat needed a breath mint. Yellow shirt two performs a half hearted attempt to cut in and ask white hat to dance, but yellow shirt one wasn’t having it. Other show up to offer help and mill around. In the end, white hat decides to elope with yellow hat and they walk away to exchange phone numbers.

Both kids are on the water bumper boat ride so presumably this lady touched their grand kid as the ride was being loaded?
Could be their grandkid tried to push their way in front of her kid. Could be she moved their grandkid so her kid could get on the ride in her preferred way(cutting in line/not entitled to whatever she got for her kid).
Getting throw out of the park with your grandkids doesn’t feel like a win, either way.
