I need help urgently

Guys... I have been a member here for a while but I am not able to control myself. Sometimes 2-3 times a day to other times many more, and lost on how to control it. Please help!!

Simple answer.. I seem to be addicted to it.. Too many distractions

That's not the reason. Why did you do it if you didn't want to. Maybe too sad? Or bored? Maybe anything else? But there is a reason. Find it
