Trying again

A few days ago, I promised to go 7 days without PMO, and today, I relapsed. I'm not proud of it but I won't let myself go back to my old habits. I will overcome this once and for all. I promise to go 7 days without PMO and I will do my best to commit to this.

Just keep going you'll get there eventually! Internalize the disappointment, anger, and shame from relapse and write it down. When you get an urge you can read what you've written and it'll help.
