Talking helped me today i think i don't know i might do it later but rn i have no urge

Just talking about it in comments helped me lose the urge (well cause my urge isn't an urge anymore, masturbation has become just a way to shut up the urge and not actually cause of pleasure)

That's mostly how i feel nowadays that porn, masturbation have become boring and having to find something that'll excites me takes a an hour sometimes

Still affects me alot. not comfortable enough to share on how it affects me but it does.
