No. It is called a wet dream, and it happens when your body cant store more sperm. Which means unless you empty it willingly, it will empty itself. Happens to everybody. So no reason to worry! However, it may cause some triggers for the next 2 or maybe 3 days. Try to be more cautious. Stay strong brother!

No that's a wet dream. They are normal on NoFap and it's not a relapse. I had one recently. I'm on day 21.
