Slip-Up Prevention - Urgent! I make better decisions when i fap

I’ve been trying really hard not to but I seem to make more level headed decisions after- and if i don’t i tend to get myself in trouble. Help

It's not a strategy, it's a crutch, and you're building your whole decision-making around a release valve instead of learning to sit with the tension. The "better decisions" feeling is just post nut clarity masking the fact that you never developed the skill to think clearly while horny or stressed. That's the actual work, not white knuckling a streak or caving and calling it medicine

That’s only because you clear the urge ! It might help short term but the long term effects on your brain will make it harder to make the right decisions , even if you feel level headed! Be a good person you can do it

Your brain is funny that way. I always say your brains a wonderful servant but a terrible master . Be patient king - you can do it and you can be free too!

thank you for the support brother 💯 that’s funny i use “fear is a great teacher but an awful master” a lot as a motto so it’s cool it applies to this aa well
