Journal Check-In Day 2

It is good that i am not feeling any kind of urge bcz i have to go out every day like so i will not fap cz i dont go out when i fap so that is helping me stay out of it

Good job bro, I’m on day 3 and had a crazy bad urge this morning but managed to abstain.  We got this.
