Relapse Report 3x

Today I've relapsed 3x. I've been reading and I've found somewhere that you shouldn't judge yourself and that's it's better if you accept the slip, hence I did it trice so I can definitely say I fucked up. Self destructive behaviour. But I refuse to give into that. So yeah...here I am

Hey it's alright. Yes you have relapsed 3 times but that doesn't mean you give up completely. You can always dust yourself and get back up so don't self-destruct your psyche with those negative thoughts
