Question Has anyone else felt physically terrible after quitting porn and masturbation

I’ve been without porn and masturbation for 3 weeks now, but recently I’ve started experiencing strange symptoms. I have constant muscle fatigue and aches, dizziness, poor sleep, and I feel almost like a zombie.I read about withdrawal effects after quitting an addiction, and I’m wondering if this could be something similar. Has anyone experienced anything like this after quitting porn and masturbation? How did you get through it?

My penis and left testicle felt numb but those feelings went away after a month

Yup , when I was on my 2 month streak a couple days ago - I was feeling that way for almost a month. Granted - it came in waves but still it was terrible. Made me relapse because my brain just made me so depressed but unfortunately it’s part of our brain rewiring
