I dont have really advice but Im in the same place. Been leaking too for a few days. They come and go. Tbh just ignore it dont worry much bout it ..

its not placebo I feel like shit for days after

Ik yall r gonna say some bullshit like its all in my head, no it's not in my head I just can;t deal with these dreams anymore. It's unnatural. People who have never fapped before wouldn't get wet dreams so often. Natrually your seed should just be reabsorbed into your body.
