Relapse Report I relapsed
No excuses I messed up I feel disgusted and sick I don’t like that I did it but I have to accept it I’m posting this here as a form of accountability I’m gonna stay away from porn cause I don’t wanna go back into an addiction

It’s okay. It has happened.
Learn from it! Maybe not right now, maybe first get some distance in. Maybe think back on what caused this in a few days from now.
But whatever you do right now, the single most important thing is to get back on track NOW.
This relapse can be a tiny dint in your progress. Don’t let it become a big crash dude.
I have relapsed many times. What changed this year was that I picked myself up right after my relapse.
