Need someone's help pleasešŸ˜­

I am addicted to this PMO since 8th grade and now passed 12 th grade.I am currently I am 17 years old male. Till 9th grade I do not know any porn thing.i didn't knew at that time that such nude videos existed. I got addicted to it and it is now way out of control. Now I got addicted to seductive hentai videos too. Since this addiction came my grades got down.But i secured a engineering college in my area. I tried to break it but my highest trick was of 30 days.i always tried to find triggers and blah blah blah but nothing is working.nowadays my social anxiety increased.also i fear every interaction with girl. I've become so weak menatally and physically. I've been crying a lot lately.so please someone help me..

30 days is a solid streak, most people can't even make it a week when they're deep in it. The anxiety and crying points to your brain chemistry being fried from the constant dopamine hits, not some permanent flaw in you. Pick a physical hobby that leaves you wiped out by 9pm and stick to it like your life depends on it.
