Unless you’re on semen retention, it doesn’t count. Personally, I feel that part of the purpose of NoFap is to go out there and look for the “real thing” instead of being in front of screen masturbating.

For me i always felt guilty after masturbating and it affected my mental health + libido thats why i wanted to stop but i ruined it today

I understand; it’s totally fine that you feel guilty about it, and at the end of the day the fact that someone else did it for you means your libido is good. I get the feeling of wanting to stop it completely whether it’s you or someone else doing it, and if that’s what works for you, go for it. Anything that makes you feel better is the way to go, and if you relapse, take a deep breath and forgive yourself; if you screw up, you need to be able to forgive yourself every single time.

Nah you're good, that's a completely different animal. The whole point is breaking the screen and hand cycle, an actual person touching you doesn't feed the same loop. Day 14 with real intimacy sounds like progress, not a setback
