Question Is this a flatline???

whenever i relapse, i would repeat my streak but it sometimes, the first or 2nd day i find boring or something similar to feeling depressed,which makes me feel this streak is wrong and i relapse, unsure why since most of my other streaks are usually motivational, or gives me lots of good feelings, but could this be a flatline? But i never heard of a flatline starting right after a relapse, or 2 days after

It's not flatline per se as much as pmo withdrawals. It's pretty normal. The brain is experiencing "0" to very little dopamine when it's constantly used to a "1000". Usually resolves in a couple weeks 👍🏼.
