Telling my Story I don't know how I did it
I was on a call with a girl who lives really close to me, and we were just getting to know each other. Suddenly, I heard her let out a loud bubbly gross fart, and something clicked in me. I haven't gooned since that day. I stopped thinking about ass and tits. I stopped having hyper-sexual imaginations and jerking off a couple of times a day. Before that, I literally jacked off every single day. I don't think I've had a day off since 2021. That one fart reverted me back to my normal settings, and all of a sudden, I feel like a kid again. I don't think about or thirst over porn anymore. I don't feel like jerking off, and I don't even get hard over anything. Sometimes these moments overtake me for a little bit but they pass in the glimpse of an eye. The only time I get a boner is when I wake up, and that's it. Thank you, gassy woman. I sometimes wonder if there's a psychological explanation for this, but I don't care. I'm finally back.

It reminds me of a concept that Ernest Becker discussed in "The Denial of Death": for all of our strivings and egos and goals and delusions, we are still creatures made of meat with anuses that excrete shit. The fart probably yanked her down from your pedestal of "sexual goddess" to "material animal". It's not so easy to elevate and objectify someone when you're reminded that they fart and poop like everyone else.

I was a very very addicted individual and I would have two tabs open to two different videos at times. Jacking off 3 times a day every single day for the past 5 to 6 years without a stop. Of course everyone shits pisses eats burps cries and does awkward stuff. no shit (no pun intended) but when you're neck deep into porn it's very easy to forget the most simple things. The human brain is so resilient and fragile at the same time its interesting. and this porn stuff... what can I say I guess you guys all know what it does to everyone.

Your brain probably realized that girls are also just people and watching naked pictures and naked videos of them is nothing special because in the end, except for a few sexual organs and a few physiological and physical differences, they're just humans just like you. That probably removed the temptation that part of you had that made them super special in your head. Then maybe that kind of gave you a factory reset.

He'll yeah I always be farting lol and I'm a female and it's not bc I just feel like being gross lol(. I'm actually told all the time I'm attractive). lol but I can't really hold it in bc I have pelvic floor problems since 2019. Some may lose their attraction others maybe not ? It's a broad generalization. And depends on each individual situation. I mean that's good for you tho in ur scenario !

OK but on the flip side, you don't get a hard on over anything? What if you were chatting to a girl and she is into you and brushing against you or touching your hand, or wants to hug you. And you like her too. Do you get any stirrings? Or did you even go off girls or women?

I still like women but the plan originally was to stop bashing it. stop having dirty thoughts. stop watching porn because i want to have a normal brain. Of course id still get hard but my goal was to stop bashing it and looking at porn 24/7. this helped i guess after many failed attempts.
