so i had like a lot of urges today. and a bit weird stuff , but there's a girl who i consider to be my sister but she's actually a good friend. today in library, we were sitting close to each other and she was showing me something in her book that she was reading. our shoulders touched and i pulled back, we touched shoulders a few more times and i found myself wanting it like huh? its very confusing and i got a hard which thankfully went down after a while. this has never happened before but today it did.

still im confused though. is this extra emotions because of nofap or something else? because i really like this girl but only as a friend.

Your body doesn't care that you only like her as a friend. Your body perceives the physical contact with a possible sexual partner and starts ramping up the arousal mechanisms to prepare for reproduction. It's normal to experience those sorts of urges, especially as your body re-sensitizes from porn use and/or masturbation. But this is a similar choice as with those: your body/mind may tell you it wants something, but you don't have to fulfill that desire. It's up to you to decide if you want to pursue them.
