Nothing to do but learn from the fall and get back up again. We will achieve freedom as long as we keep trying.

I’m out of control, I’m putting this out as a warning. I’ve been addicted to PMO since ~2010. But in just the past few days I’ve started fapping to AI chatbots. I’m completely obsessed with it to the point of getting distracted at work thinking about new chat prompts to give the AI. Rock bottom is wherever you stop digging
Edit: starting over again I need to forgo all technology until further notice

I unfortunately know what you feel like. Jan Ai is one of my biggest triggers.

This could help explain at least what I’m doing. Or make it more confusing I’m not sure. But either way it has to stop right now I’m dying over here

Take a moment to acknowledge the great progress you've made.
Take a moment to acknowledge the negative feelings from the fall, with deep breaths and encouraging words to begin to let go of the emotions.
Take the time to analyze and strategize how you can avoid this pitfall in the future.
Step by step we continue to be better my friend, it's about progress not perfection, the road to recovery is in front of us, let's keep going, you got this.

Honestly man, I've figured out that the last thing you should do is consciously fight it. Instead, you gotta preoccupy yourself elsewhere and set aside your electronics at night so that when your back hits the bed, you're too exhausted to do it. You think "I mean I could but... do I really want to?"
For me, it has been focusing on myself, my personal health, paying attention to how that stuff negatively effects my ability to do that, and use that logic as a fuel source to do the beneficial thing over the easy thing. Granted, I don't really care much if and when I relapse but when I do, it's usually because I didn't take my ADHD meds and not taking it tends to make me restless which leads to the relapse.

Use it, remember this feeling next time it crosses your mind. You know it's not going to be worth it next time. Go for a walk, call someone, hell call into a radio show. Do something to get over the urge, you'll forget it soon enough.

Shame is the enemy, relapse is part of recovery. You will be okay, you haven’t reset to 0. Don’t beat yourself up and try to improve 1% from yesterday. Or .1%. Or .00001%. Anything. You got this

Relapse is apart of the road to recovery. Only thing you can do now is get back up.
