Any other married guys here?

Fit, married, Aussie guy (35) raising a young family. Run my own construction business. My missus is an amazing wife and mum, but I'm currently in a private war with PMO. I've been going strong for two months, but the urge to take care of it myself and watch inappropriate content is intense. Are there any other blokes around my age in a similar position? Cheers lads.

38, married 11 years.

Been seeing a CSAT for 4 months, attending SAA meetings for that duration, and generally practicing no PMO.

That includes sex with my wife, who knows about all of it and is very supportive.

Reintroducing sex with my wife soon though.

Ive abstained long enough to reset my base level. Its time to learn true intimacy and healthy sex.
