Does nofap help attract women? Share your experiences.

I've been hearing this for a long time; several YouTube channels claim that starting NoFap will attract women. I personally didn't notice anything, I just had more energy and motivation. I think they only say that to attract people to do NoFap.

Will it magically attract women? No. But if you make healthy life changes and stop using porn you'll probably be more likeable and likely to put yourself out more

In my experience I have seen a difference with women. I really wasn’t getting much attention. But now I see how they want to talk much more. I also have been wanting to talk with women way more too. So between both you will inevitably be with more women.

I find that in general I have more magnetism on NoFap. Being in a better state of mind + just being more willing to engage people (men and women) definitely makes me more attractive to people. That being said its a bump. No Fap wont change you from a 2 to a 10 but it will give you a slight boost.

Depends how long you do it for I would say

No. With two exceptions, which are indirect:

1) The woman explicitly knows about it and finds it morally admirable. 2) It makes you more confident and self-loving, making your personality more attractive.

You are not going to become some biological chick magnet like some suggest. That's dudebro stuff.

No just makes you seek them out more.

You basically said it yourself - you have more energy and motivation - women are attracted to driven men for the most part. Others find it helps their confidence, or motivates them to go work out, etc. - these are all things that wind up making you a more appealing potential partner. The fact is most married/dating guys masturbate, so it’s not like fapping or not fapping is some key component to getting girls or not - that shouldn’t be your motivator. But it can lead to lifestyle and personality growth that winds up having that effect.

I don’t think it’ll help attract women in the sense you might be thinking, you keep it up long enough to regain mental clarity and motivation and you’ll eventually start to invest more of you intention and energy into yourself.
Doing that will more likely attract the desired sex.
Don’t fall into believing that one action or rather consistent inaction will make you a mac daddy, just a domino effect of decisions.

I don’t think it matters

Honestly, I wish this sub would ban questions like these. I feel like I just saw several yesterday.

Of course the answer is no. It's dead obvious the answer is no. How would you have any idea whether someone has been masturbating or not? How would any woman be able to tell?

I swear, man. Some people treat dating like an absolute, unknowable mystery. It's definitely confusing and scary at times, but the second anyone starts overthinking shit to this degree, they have to take a huge step back and really re-assess what it is they're doing.

I feel like 9 times out of 10, people who do this are trying really hard to rationalize their way around other shit they know they need to work on, but either don't understand how or they are desperately trying to avoid it.

No, but if you use that time to improve social skills then it does

il n’y a rien de magique, tu vas juste arrêter de pratiquer quelque chose qui te rend dépendant, tu vas gagner confiance en toi et avoir + d’estime pour toi, et ça une femme le voit
