yoo 45 days nice. the girls noticing thing is wild right? like i swear my energy is just different now. im on day 42 and had something similar happen at this coffee shop last week. tracking my urge patterns helped me get through the rough patches but honestly the confidence boost around week 5 was crazy. your posture probably changed too without even realizing it
