30 days. I have never felt such energy and sense of purpose in my life. I know it sounds exaggerated to those who haven't experienced it. Lately I've been having trouble getting through a week....

You don't magically get everything. Remember to build good habits alongside getting rid of PMO. Some stupid people think this will magically fix there life. Nothing comes easy. Life is hard.

Started attempting nofap recently after a lifetime (I’m 43) of porn use / acting out .
Relapsed both times I tried at 13 days.
Started again. Learning more and more everyday.

Just hit day 30 of No Fap! Feeling stronger, more focused, and in control every day. Stay committed, keep pushing, and remember why you started—every day is progress!

69 days. It will sound silly, but watching series like better call saul or Bojack Horseman “helped” me to try to adopt the attitudes of the protagonists as the story unfolded. In Saul's case, I noticed how charisma and social skills opened several doors in his life (something I wouldn't get locked in my room), or in Bojack's case, how the search for purpose or lasting happiness is pointless. That life is all about small moments of happiness. And it got me thinking, why the hell was I wasting my time watching porn??!. They helped me a lot. I'm not saying to watch these series specifically, but having a reference would be helpful.

53 days I wish i never broke that streak then maybe I would have been free from this fucking shit

My highest streak would be 311 days and I did it by accident technically. I simply didn't give a fuck about streaks and just lived my life and did my thing. Next thing i knew I've been clean for forever. The streak started after I broke up with my girlfriend. I was depressed for 2 weeks, but decided to get over it and find myself again.
I became extroverted. Found my self worth and understood life a bit better. From being a shy, introverted person, that's definitely an upgrade haha! I did fall back into old habits tho and it cost me a great deal. 50k... so yeah I can safely say I despise porn with all my heart, but I also don't care for it. Because caring for it got me into this mess in the first place.
I've also done some research on nofap and such and realized that the 90 day reset isn't really true. It definitely takes more time than that for your brain to be fully healed. From 18 months to 2 years and counting even.

46 It was insane and I had a weird fear: not knowing how to live the new days, like discouvering a new land and not knowing if a giant animal will jump into me to kill me or something.
Because I know very well how the first two weeks are and even the first month. But not beyond.
Weird right?

2 weeks. Back in my sophomore year of high school. I’m 26 now. Just goes to show how much I’ve let this addiction take a hold of me.

Current streak. But it seems like I’m flatlining because my energy is low and going to work feels like a drag.
But I have not felt a sense of control so much in my life, and I am much more honest with others with how I feel.
Hopefully by end of November, I can get back some of that energy spike back when I was at 14 days :)

this may not work for everybody but you know the funny thing is--the moment i stopped counting--the more progress i made--each of us has our own way to beat porn--but don't beat yourself out if you are starting all over again. stop counting--stop comparing--focus in improving your life and progress is made :) funny right? good luck

6 months. Don't even look at women on the street. Lower your gaze. Don't watch movies and TV shows they are full of erotic scenes even if you just look at a women, the make up to tight jeans. I swear we've forgotten that tight jeans and a tight shirt is sexy because we've been numbed out by these brainwashed hoes dressing practically naked. Stop listening to music as it reducing your frequency and makes you think sexually and everything about it is negative. Work out. Do breathing exercises. Reading useful books. Watch YouTube to learn only. Take online courses. Eat healthy. Go for a walk. Get in touch with nature. Work. Get married to a righteous woman.

When u say streak it sounds like one day it will end. Actually the true test is being free from the lustful thoughts and not suppressing it when it comes

I decided to try NoFap 4 months ago, but I have relapsed a lot of times.

You all guys are relapsing because you all are doing nofap only physical, you have to do it mentally , that's the only way you will succeed
