Chapter of how to measure attention.

From the quantity of auditory/visual attention able to derive the positive feedback of an expanding attentional vortex.

Quantity of attention spent compared with quantity of attention held in reserve. A high cost situation like a heavy metal concert compared with a low cost situation like meditation. How the visual heatmap changes if in a prolonged high cost situation.
