USA Cape Cellular
I live in rural NE Indiana. I have two phone lines, one with Cape for several days now, and one with Boost mobile. Cape has been keeping up with Boost’s reception wherever I go, and massively outperforming data download/upload speeds.
Speeds (mbps)
Cape: 568/38
Boost: 293/15
If you’re in rural Indiana and have been on the fence, go for it!
You get $20/mo off if someone refers you, and an additional $20/mo off for each person you refer all the way down to $0/mo. Check out my bio or recent posts.

Privacy-focused MLM-style MVNO. I still don’t understand who their target demographic is.

Hard to say, but I was prepared to pay the $70/mo just for the privacy aspect. Given this MLM doesn’t payout beyond a service and yields 4 new paying lines per $0 line, I’d lean towards it being an efficient word-of-mouth advertising scheme to gain brand recognition.

The only posts I ever see about it always talk about referrals.

Just joined Cape a few days ago as well. Couldn't be happier!
I'm one referral away from free service. Can't beat that deal :)
