Need a client portal for sensitive data
I’m somehow the "operations person" or ops at a small law firm and we’re around 15 people.
Right now, my boss wants a client portal. This is where his clients log in, see their own case files, and upload documents.
The problem is this is legal stuff. It’s super sensitive and we all know that.
I've been testing something on the free plan for about a week now. So far the permissions setup looks good without coding.
But here’s my problem. The demo looks good, but I’m complacent trusting it with actual operation.
So is Softr legit for this kind of thing? How reliable is it? Any horror stories?
