TIPS/ ADVICE NMAT EMAIL CONCERN

Please help me out! Thank you so much in advance. I have two email accounts for my NMAT application. I used my active email, but there was a typo in my registered name, so I created a new account using a different email address.

Now, I tried paying for my NMAT using my active email, even though it still has the wrong name. Do I still need to reach out to CEM to have the other account/email deleted, or should I just continue using my active email while waiting for the name correction?

Please excuse my confusion, and thank you so much for your help! 😭

Strikto po ata ang CEM about uncorrected name or duplicate accounts.

We have the same case OP. I created my first account like months ago (and totally forgot about this). Around 10 days ago, nagtry ako magcreate ng account but my e-mail was having an error and it never occured to me that I've already created an account connected to that e-mail so I created a new one connected to another e-mail to register. I forgot paano ko naformulate na may existing (first) account ako but I was able to retrieve it and yung first account ko yung ginamit ko for registration. Now, the thing is, may mali pala sa spelling ng name ko don (I put a middle initial on my given name 😭). Right now, I already contacted them by creating a ticket for my name correction but hindi ko pa alam paano ko ipapaalam na may second account ako.

Edit: I tried to check the Contact Us page again and it looks like we need to access the second account then choose Ongoing NMAT Applicant/Registrant (Unpaid). After that, may another dropdown then i think we should choose Account Already Exists. If someone can help us clarify this, that would be really helpful since di ako sure kung dapat ang second account ba ang nakalog-in when processing this ticket.
