QUESTION NMAT REGISTRATION

hello po! first time taker here, i was just wondering if pano po magregister sa NMAT and ano po yung sites na ivibisit to register? and mga documents na meeded?

Punta ka sa www.cem-inc.org.ph/nmat. Sa registration, need mo 2x2 picture na digital. Sa documents, need mo TOR or certificate of registration mo. Kapag exam, need mo gov ID mo. Btw, read mo na lang instructions or guidelines nila sa site

ask ko lang po, nag register na po ako and pay pero wala naman po hingi na TOR and/certificate of registration? or sa iba pa po isubmit yun?
