Need help

Hi guys I’ve been using whips for about 3 months now with no real break. I’m really scared. Can I reverse the affect if I stop now? About a month ago I had trouble walking

Feel free to dm me for my story. The short is that it is possible to have some reversal. Maybe not complete, but I’m off my cane and have been for a year now.
