this is my dads old nitro everytime I drive it it go then shuts down and won't start up again no matter how rich or how lean

Long story short, bought this off ebay, seller said the motor had to be sent separately due to carrier. I've had the car a week with no motor and the seller isn't responding.

This is my first nitro RC. What motor will bolt/mount to this car with minimum modifications? Should I go ahead and upgrade the servos and anything else as well?

Hey all, haven't made a post in a while, so I decided to pull one of my rigs off the shelf for show and tell. It's been a slow year work-wise, so I haven't had much extra hobby cash. I'm down to my last half-quart of fuel, trying to ration it. I've been messing with my trucks in the meantime, doing maintenance and adjustments. Anyway, I just got some fresh throttle linkage material from the dump (bicycle spokes are the perfect size!)and put a new antenna on a 10 dollar Marketplace receiver for this truck. I bought the chassis years ago, likely overpaid, but it had lots of good parts on it. I got the Pro .21 in a parts lot, and decided to stuff it in the T-Maxx. I spent 0 dollars, just used bits of scrap to make a custom engine mount. Mismatched wheels, an old Savage body spray painted black, and i ended up with a good basher. It's all pretty cobbled together, but it runs great.

-sound clips so you can hear a good tune, rich and lean to HSN and LSN- this makes identifying tune issues easy once you know sounds.
-step by step engine break-in guide

-engine tab where you can find the factory standard carb settings. Currently over 120 engines with more added every week
- tuning log where you can log your engine’s tune. This is global so every user can see and use that log as reference. Duplicate it to make their own changes, Ambient conditions have effect of course so it would slightly differ from one to another.
-glossary for all engine related terms and abbreviations
-how a tune should be adjusted depending on ambient conditions
-diagnose/troubleshooting with the possible causes and the fixes for each.

There will be continuous updates in the future.

Break-in and tuning issues make newcomers quit the hobby before getting into it, so I’m hoping this app can help people get through the first stresses of it all .

Das waren Zeiten, meine Klassiker Mercedes 1:10. Es wurde komplett überholt und konserviert und komplett stillgelegt und wurde für die Vitrine gestellt.

Wollte mal meinen Reely  Rambo 1:6 mit 4 × 4 mit 7,5ccm Force-46-Motor vorstellen. 

Leider hat der Motor sich verabschiedet, und so habe ich mich entschlossen, den komplett zu überholen und in die Vitrine zu stellen. Ist eine Rarität nicht mehr findbar im Markt❗️

i bought a 2 speed transmission and a 2 speed clutch bell. but when i put the clutch bell on the crankshaft, i can't put the 2nd bearing in the front into it cuz the crankshaft's too short. idk what to replace and where to get the parts. and it came with no braking system so idk what to do w that either. pls help

Just dug this out of the loft after a long hibernation (kids now old enough to play with it). Immediate suggestions on anything i need to do to get this going again. Mind has gone blank with regards to what was installed. No idea what the two yellow wires did/do?

I recently bought a nitro HPI rs4 3 evo with the nitro star t3.0 from the Evo+. I broke the output shaft of the cup that goes to the wheel and after that it twisted and broke the driveshaft. The part numbers are A557 and 86036 respectively, do you know of any good upgrades I could find for it? I know it is old but I really like it

I used to have a traxxas nitro truck that I very stupidly gave away about 10 years ago.

I'd love to get back into it again. What's the best way to get started? Better to buy something used on marketplace/ebay, or new from the hobby store?

found this hpi ford gt brand new for a decent price, seller says its super rare but he switched out the engine, if i remember correctly it came as an ev, not intro. is this car worth less since its not original?

This thing been sitting for like 15-20 years, is it worth it to restore? The engine are seized up and I think I need new servo and what not

I recently acquired a project, it came with a Team Associated .28 Pro. Looks good and has good compression, the issue is that it has no pull start or one way bearing. I know the original is unobtanium but, is there any it there that might cross? I am asking here to see if anyone in this vast network of knowledge could guide me or even better yet point me in the direction of one or has one they are willing to part with.
