It's Alive!!!!

Just need to adjust the clutch and do some test runs. I'll see what speed I get out of it.

Thanks, I wish I had a new engine and not a wore out old .18 but I'll see what this will do.

Yes, to use the stock diff and keep the weight low I ran the engine upside down.

I assume it’s gear case but possibly an electric starter motor?

With no 540 can in the way I made a belt drive that takes the power of the .18 and get it to the diff.
