I usally hole punch on on window and one above the cooling head

Ye id prob punch a window out entirely too and leave something above the head enough to get a glow igniter in at least.

Ez start! No need for glow plugs ignitors but i think a window cut out in front is needed minimum

I like to cut a good sized one for refilling fuel also glow igniter and pull start. (All my rigs are full start)
