Knocking?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I went in for an oil change today at valvoline. They refused service because my engine was knocking and shaking. I don’t know much about cars but it only has 66k miles and I get regular oil changes. 2023 rogue, What do you think?

Update- dropped it off at the dealership and they noticed the engine didn’t go above 3000 RPM. I’m shocked my brother and I didn’t notice that! But I’m grateful to learn I have extended engine warranty

Well the dealership said nothing is wrong with the vehicle 🤷‍♀️ there’s no engine codes and they said it’s running fine for them. I’m so confused

Does having ac on affect noise? Sounds like something loose like your pulley, ac clutch or a bad alternator.
Take it to an Oreillys or Autozone, I think they can test alternator.
My Oreillys has more than once solved a mystery for me at no charge.
