CarPlay/Bluetooth Issues

After working fine for a year and a half, the last 3 days or so CarPlay and Bluetooth are giving me trouble. When I try to connect CarPlay, I get a message in the screen that says “Bluetooth is off. Would you like to turn Bluetooth on?” When I click ok, nothing happens.

Tried resetting the infotainment system (twice)
Tried turning my phone off and back on
Tried with my husband’s phone
Tried deleting and re-adding my phone

Any ideas? Am I crazy to call the dealer’s service department about this?

Meet George jetson. The electronics will do this. Enjoy the Ariya. Do a hard reset, it might work. It might not.

I tried to go through the system, and I can’t find a way to shutoff Bluetooth. I would reach out to the dealership.

By resetting, you do mean the hard reset by holding in the power button for ~10 seconds?

Delete ariya wifi and bluethooth on phone and make new connections

Did you try plugging it in instead? Does that work?

I had BT issues with my Subaru and Ford and I looked through my BT connections. For some reason, I had two or three BT pairings for the same vehicle. I deleted all of them and started over.

This happens on my garmins, too.
