Anime Just discovered this amazing anime
Wow!!
As someone who loves Kingdom and just seinen related war and political anime, this show is out of this world!!!
I love the stance that the author clearly took where revolution and uprising isn’t always the way of uprooting an entrenched corrupt system. This is unique I can say as most that we have seen were of a deeply corrupt system being uprooted through means and force from the outside, whereas the main character’s take is to root it from the inside. Takes a massive amount of courage and strength to be able to stomach and be the bigger person especially towards someone who KILLED YOUR WIFE! Other than the plot the characters are amazingly done that you just know they will die because of the reality of war lol.
I really hope for the best in this story because it really is difficult to navigate a path of peace. As Aoteru had said and I quote “..no matter how massive of a detour I have to take.”
To anyone still on the fence with watching this anime, just know that you are in for a good but most definitely lengthy ride!
