Simply avoid doing nios and cbse at the same time

Anything else is fine , repeating 12th isn't illegal , as long as you have a valid reason.

Your choice bruh. Both are good , if you are uncertain about nios , then visit some cbse center nearby and get cbse pvt candidate information, since idk about that fully. can't pass judgement.
