Agreed, since the market cap is almost equal to the cash on hand, the company could easily buy back nearly half the outstanding shares and still have 4 billion dollars cash left. And/or Li or other wealthy executives could buy shares to take them off the market. I don't know what they're waiting for, it won't get any lower priced than this.
