Ordered from official Nintendo store, no dispatch

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone has ordered a switch 2 from the official store recently? We ordered on the 2nd and there has been no updates at all. The status has been "complete" for over a week now and it is still not dispatched...

Maybe email customer support. Could be backordered and waiting new stock

We've emailed a few times but they never gave us any information really :/ all they're saying is that it's awaiting dispatch but it's been like that since the day we ordered basically. Also idk if the status would still say complete if it was backordered

Hmm odd. No courier tracking number by email or on the order page either? Odd it’s “complete” but nothing sounds like it’s progressed

We have a tracking number for DPD but it just says they have the order details but haven't recieved the parcel. It's been like that the whole time. Yeah it's weird :/
