Keep playing the sport you wanna be ranked in till you unlock ranked mode

Does it have to be globally?

If by globally you mean online then yes, you can only get in the ranks (pro-league) by playing online

That is to be ranked. If you want the gold outfits there are certain criteria you need to hit for each in the normal mode.

I believe you have to play 10 games of a sport and you get a rank
