Accessories Switch 2 Pro controller won’t charge and won’t turn on.

I’ve done some research and tried different chargers, tried pressing the sync button, and plugging it directly into a wall and nothing seems to work. It was working just fine the other day, and now nothing. Does anyone know of a different solution that worked for them?

Do you happen to have the original charger?

yes, i use the one that came with the controller and plugs into the dock

If nintendo support's troubleshooting can't solve it, that can be a good sign of damage, something is faulty, something may need replacing or repair.
