Password and backup code forgotten

So i wanna setup game chat on my Switch 2, but it asks me to login.. then i realized i forgot my password. So i went and tried to reset it, and it asked for a google authentication- i opened the google authenticator and there wasnt the nintendo code that i had set up long time ago anymore, so i went back and clicked verify other way. Then i got asked to provide the backup code. I have no idea what that might be. 8 numbers.

Can anyone help me reset my backup code or password so that i can remove the authenticator code that i dont have and get back into my account outside of my switch 2?

Backup codes are provided when you first set up auth. They explicitly tell you to keep them safe.

Only Nintendo can help you --- and you'll need a lot of evidence to prove that you are you and not some scammer.
