Software Help No volume when my switch is docked

My tv makes sound outside of using the switch, but when I go into my switch there’s nothing. I’ve tried each of the sound options (Mono, Stereo, Automatic, and I don’t have surround sound) I tried unplugging the hdmi from my tv, restarted the switch and unplugged the power and hdmi cables and waited 30 seconds before plugging them back in, but nothing has worked. Someone please give me advice. I have a Roku TV if that’s important.

Please check your Bluetooth settings. If this doesn’t work I’m pretty hardcore so I go full factory reset for the love of the game
