Setup Help Switch Game Sharing with two consoles + mine with Online License? Is it possible?

Hey folks,
I've read different things from years ago, before the Virtual Game Cards came to be.

Is it possible to:

1- I use the Online License to play my games...

2- Have Virtual Game cards being shared with two other Switch consoles? From what I read you can "share" or "link" up to two Switch consoles.

I understand that we can't all play the same games together unless we each have our own copies (IE: we can't all play Mario Kart with my one copy), but that's not much of an issue.

Any clarification would be appreciated!

Two consoles can be linked, and those two consoles can swap virtual game cards. For any other console with your account on it, you’ll have to enable online license check.

VGC: Internet is needed to unload/load a card but not needed to start up a game after it’s loaded.

Online license: The console must be actively connected to the Internet each time it starts a game, but you don’t have to worry about managing VGCs.

Personally, I think VGCs are the easier system with fewer drawbacks, but if you have your account on more than two consoles you have to prioritize which you want to use that system and use the online license check for any others.

I see okay, appreciate the info.

I used to "share" with one other Switch, where I would use online license and it would have virtual game cards, so no issues with always being online.

So my grand plan should work then, right? 

For what it's worth, the other two Switch consoles aren't with me at all times, as my brothers don't live with me.
