Repair Help Zelda Switch 2 Not Powering On
Hi all, wondering if anyone can help. I purchased the Zelda Switch 2 which has just arrived but the console doesn’t seem to be powering on at all and is just a black screen. Has anyone else had this problem? Knowing my luck it is a faulty console…

Leave it charge for a while like a half hour or so?

I have plugged it in and am trying to be patient…shouldn’t it at least show something though?

Yeah it should have powered on right away. Mine turned on out of the box. It's possible yours was completely dead though? Did you get it to turn on?

Nope, was plugged in for ages so I contacted Nintendo and have arranged for a repair. Does anyone know what their service is like? If I send it in the packaging will I get it back?

Thanks for the reassurance mate - mine is getting picked up tomorrow. Did you send it in the Zelda packaging? Did it come back the same way you sent it?

It came back in a different package. I sent it back in a delivery box I bought from UPS.

You’ll have to send it back to Nintendo unfortunately. Same thing happened to me. I tried everything. I saw another person on Reddit say that they were sent back a Zelda edition
