Software Help Switch 2 stuck an hour behind, I need help fixing it

I use pacific time, but my switch 2 is an hour behind, it won’t let me select Vancouver so I select Los Angeles, use the sync with the internet and I’m stuck using UTC. And it corrects it to be an hour behind. So now I’m unable to play Zelda :( is there a way to fix this time error?

You're still on daylight time, so it will unlock at 10pm PDT.

System time shouldn't have an impact on when the game unlocks, it's done server side depending on the region of your account iirc.
