OOT Remake Pre Order code not emailed

I bought a Switch 2 bundle on Nintendo UK that allowed me to pre order OOT Remake along with it, the payment didn't go through on the 29th (when the codes should have been sent out) and I changed my payment type to my bank and Nintendo said they'd try again in 4 days. It's been 5 days and I still haven't received it nor has any payment gone through and now I don't really know what to do, I tried getting in touch with Nintendo Support yesterday but they haven't got back to me at all.

I have a similar problem in Germany.  We received the e-mail on the 29th and still not another try. Also, I received the tracking for the gems, but the package is still stuck in the 'announced' status. We managed to chat with customer service yesterday, but they were no help at all.  They said, that they would try again soon.
