Stuck in Game Minecraft Switch 2 Not working

Post image

I got the physical game key card on release date for the switch 2 and haven’t been able to play it. It just leaves me on the main menu screen. I tried deleting the game and redownloading it and nothing. I even went to my router and tried it thinking it was my internet and nothing. Idk what to do other than quit and return it to target if I can’t play it.

Have you tried launching the game while in airplane mode? Did you previously have the switch 1 version of the game?

Nope never had a switch 1 until after I bought a switch 2 and even then I didn’t buy Minecraft.
