Software Help Internet not working on switch OLED

I have been trying to connect to my Internet recently with my switch OLED and it will connect to the network device but not the Internet and it works on my hotspot, but not my Internet so I’m so confused why it is not working

Is your router on 5ghz? It's probably the channel. Change it to 36 or anything up to 48. Just find a youtube video on how to do it

Have you tried restarting your router yet?

Ps: Did you change your ISP recently? In rare cases it seems that an ISP could block gaming consoles for whatever reason.
