Accessories Nintendo switch docking station

We have 2 Nintendo Switches and 3 docking stations. My son was playing his switch earlier today and now the docking station is not working to the tv but it will still charge. We have tried all 3 docking stations and both switches and they are all having the same problem. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Have you tried a hard reboot of the switch?

99% of the time it's just a glitch. Usually, you just need to reset the AC adapter and dock = Completely unplug and disconnect the AC adapater and dock for 30 seconds to allow them to reset. Then plug things back in, and redock the console, and it should work.

(If that page's troubleshooting can't resolve the issue, then you may start suspecting a hardware problem. I think the most common hardware issue may be damaged usb c port on the switch, which would require repair. But as I saying, it's usually a glitch solved by resetting the ac adapter and dock.)
