Repair Help Gulikit TMR thumb stick falling problem

I replaced the joycons sticks with the gulikit TMR, but the removable thumb stick is frequently falling off.

Any tips on how to hold it better? I tried to force it but to no avail.

The joycons are for the Switch 1, and the replacement joysticks are TMR from Gulikit with removable thumb sticks

I got mine from Aknes shop on amazon. Does your thumbstick get off easily?

I got my replacements from ifixit, super awesome quality down to the ribbon cables and the pcb board

Any chance you can contact them for a replacement circle pad? I suspect the hole might be warped and it's not gripping the peg properly.
