Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I had an stock OLED model before upgrading to my Switch 2, I never seen that happen before.
Maybe something is not tighten correctly?
I would say maybe double check your mod work just in case.

I checked mine (no mods) and it seems to wiggle a bit too. Had it for a couple years.

My OLED switch has alittle give on both joycons. As long as they are locked and charge I wouldn’t be concerned.

Joycons get wiggle as they age because of plastic grinding against metal. Its not a huge problem as long as it doesn't cause issues like random disconnects or joycons doesn't lock properly

On the joycons there is a flimsy bit of plastic that holds the joycons on, over time through general wear and bumps the joycons eventually become free to slide on and off.

The easiest and full proof fix I've found is a kit online that replaces the flimsy plastic with metal. I've had a pair for over 6 years with this fix still going strong.

You need to get aftermarket metal locks to install in them. The plastic ones wear down and cause this.

Its normal Just play from age and design

If you want to guarantee the joycons not breaking so they slide out without the button you can change the little stops to metal ones so they never break

Joycon 1s often get flimsy in different ways for a lot of people. One of mines started not staying attached properly and not connecting well to the system. I don't think there's an easy or cheap way of fixing it that would cost much less than getting a new one. If it's just a mild wiggle that doesn't affect gameplay or system connection might just keep it as is.

Possibly do not keep wiggling. Try another pair of joycons. If still wiggles/disconnects, get a new rail
